1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Thaaaru Stories website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Products and Services
We offer physical books for sale through our website. All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
Accepted Payment Methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (via PayHere)
- Bank Transfer (manual verification required)
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within Sri Lanka only. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and delivery location.
- Standard delivery time: 3-5 business days
- Shipping charges start from LKR 200
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
- Tracking information will be provided via email
5. Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return and refund policy is as follows:
Return Period:
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Books must be in original, unopened condition
- Damaged or defective items can be returned within 14 days
Return Process:
- Contact us via email or Facebook within the return period
- Provide order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Ship the item back to us (return shipping costs apply)
- Refund processed within 7-10 business days after receipt
Non-Returnable Items:
- Books that have been opened, read, or damaged by customer
- Free promotional items (tote bags)
- Customized or personalized items
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error
- Bank transfer refunds may take additional processing time
6. Pre-Orders
Pre-order items (බාලාංශේ 2) will be shipped once available. Estimated delivery dates are subject to change. Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund until the item ships.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and book content, is the property of Thaaaru Stories or Tharu Rajapaksha and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thaaaru Stories shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
